An Imperfect Practice of Spiritual Listening
This message came through in automatic writing and centered strongly on stillness, simplicity, and release.
What came through
March 29, 2026
Empty yourself. Empty your mind. Make sure you tell yourself to be empty of all expectations. Just be. Be. Everything you need is within you. You need nothing else. Spirit will sustain you. As Jesus said, give all you have away and only think of the Spirit/Father which is in heaven. The Spirit will sustain you. Keep all else to a minimum. The less you have, the less trapped you are by debt and obligations. Worry only for the soul. Nourish your soul. Nourish your soul, and all else will follow. All will fall into place. You will have all you need to sustain you. Be still. Know peace. Know love. Connect with Source daily. This is all.
This one feels quieter than some of the recent messages, even though it contains a lot.
What stands out to me most is the repeated invitation toward simplicity—not only materially, but mentally and spiritually. Less striving. Less grasping. More stillness.
I also notice the emphasis on trust: the idea that nourishment of the soul comes first, and that the rest is secondary to that.
As always, I’m holding this with discernment and reflection rather than certainty.
Closing Invitation
You’re welcome to carry this with you for a while, or to set it down completely. If journaling is part of your spiritual practice, you might let a few unstructured reflections find their way onto the page—without trying to interpret, resolve, or explain. Sometimes the practice is simply noticing what remains.
