An Imperfect Practice of Spiritual Listening
This message came through in automatic writing and returned to a familiar theme.
What came through
March 28, 2026
There is only one God, only one Source.
Source is all things. All things are Source.
Source is within you. It is you. You are not separate from Source.
You can create all things. You can do all things because you are the source of all creation. You need only to remember.
This is all.
This one feels like a continuation of a message that has been repeating in different ways—unity, connection, and the idea that what we’re seeking is not separate from us.
Some of the language here is expansive, and I’m continuing to hold that with discernment. At the same time, the underlying theme of connection—of not being separate—feels like something I can sit with.
Closing Invitation
You’re welcome to carry this with you for a while, or to set it down completely. If journaling is part of your spiritual practice, you might let a few unstructured reflections find their way onto the page—without trying to interpret, resolve, or explain. Sometimes the practice is simply noticing what remains.
